Welcome to Haache. By downloading or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Haache, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You may not create accounts for others without their permission.
You may not use another person's account without authorization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Haache to:

Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Post spam, advertising, or promotional content without authorization.
Share content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
Collect or harvest user data without consent.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the app.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
Post content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative manner.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Haache. By posting content, you grant Haache a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

Posts and stories are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We are not responsible for any loss of content.

5. Location Data

Haache is a location-based service. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can control location sharing through the app's privacy settings.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The Haache app, including its design, logo, and code, is owned by Haache and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Haache integrates third-party services including Firebase (Google), Agora, and Expo. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Haache is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haache shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
